## Start with one location. *Connect the whole project.*

Use Kokonut Adelphi as the working example: link its stewardship commitments, farm operations, business model, CRISP risks, field evidence, stakeholder decisions and capital flows. The same record can then serve operators, community, funders, verifiers and institutions—with the right evidence visible to each.
