# Syntropic Agent — One Agent, Three Ecosystems

> Understand Kokonut Syntropic Agent's unified strategy across NEAR, Base/Virtuals, Robinhood Chain, governed farm intelligence and project-specific regenerative asset finance.

# One agent. Three complementary ecosystems. Real-world regeneration.

Kokonut Syntropic Agent is intended to help teams **turn agricultural records into useful decisions, customer services, responsibly deployed capital and reviewable real-world outcomes**.

The strategy spans three complementary blockchain ecosystems. It does **not** combine their tokens, treasuries, governance privileges or legal rights into one financial claim. The agent is a human-supervised coordination interface; Kokonut Intelligence owns the canonical operating record; the relevant people and institutions make protected decisions.

> **Status and rights:** This page summarizes product and implementation plans, **not a live investment opportunity, deployed-token announcement, verified revenue report or legal opinion**. Launches, contracts, protocol integrations, issuer eligibility, financing terms and farm expenditures have independent release gates. Nothing here grants land rights, company equity, Gnosis DAO Shares/Loot, automatic farm income or cross-token redemption.

## The common foundation

The three chain-specific PRDs agree on a shared division of responsibilities.

| Layer | What it owns | What it does not inherit |
| - | - | - |
| **Local farm operators and communities** | Real field work, operational decisions, site context and authorized participation | No automatic responsibility for token markets |
| **Kokonut Intelligence** | Canonical farm, financial, consent, evidence, review and reporting records | An agent-generated report is not automatically verified |
| **Syntropic Agent / Hermes** | Scoped analysis, planning, review-ready outputs, service delivery and proposals | No owner key, treasury signature or unilateral MRV certification |
| **Kokonut Protocol / NEAR Hub** | Proposed cross-chain policy and authorized signing orchestration | A signature is not execution, finality or automatic asset transfer |
| **Destination chains** | Local contract state, settlement, token rights and restrictions | No automatic ownership of another network's tokens or treasuries |
| **Wasalo and authorized signers** | Company contracts, permitted financing, treasury and project spending | Cannot bypass land, company, tax, regulatory or grant obligations |

**Operating rule:** Intelligence maintains governed truth. Syntropic Agent prepares work. Independent human/entity controls authorize protected actions. The designated execution system verifies and reconciles results.

## Three ecosystems, three jobs

### Base + Virtuals — Agentic services and commercial identity

The Base/Virtuals Master PRD selects a **token-first strategy, conditional on mandatory prelaunch approvals**, using the proposed Virtuals **60 Days + Automated Capital Formation** configuration. It also proposes **EconomyOS/ACP** as the commerce surface.

The first two proposed external offerings are:

* **Farm Readiness Snapshot:** source-linked assessment of constraints, operational readiness and phased opportunities.
* **Regenerative MRV Evidence Gap Report:** review of evidence maturity, missing records, provenance and public-claim limitations.

Services would operate on public or specifically authorized data. Qualified humans review sensitive agronomic, financial and public-impact claims. Completed, independently evaluated and settled customer work—not fictional self-purchases or headline job volume—would provide evidence of external commercial demand.

Capital released through platform mechanisms, actual creator fees and service receipts are **different sources** with different restrictions, accounting and tax treatment. A launch valuation, escrowed ACF balance or unreleased allocation is not spendable farm capital.

[Explore Virtuals documentation](https://whitepaper.virtuals.io/) and the [agent safety model](https://kokonut.network/kokonut-x-ai-agents.md).

### NEAR — Proposed universal orchestration and native participation

The NEAR PRD proposes **one canonical agent identity with separately authorized chain instances**. NEAR is the intended coordination hub for Kokonut Protocol: a chain-neutral policy layer submits approved actions to specific network adapters, which still require gas, transaction construction, broadcasting, confirmation and reconciliation.

The selected *proposed* NEAR-native launch uses Nearly's NEP-141 token and Rhea liquidity infrastructure. Its contemplated **3% buy/sell token tax** distributes the **creator-controlled share**, not all trade volume or all project revenue, according to **80% mission, 10% holder rewards and 10% direct burn**. The PRD's assumed 70% creator-controlled allocation would mean 56% / 7% / 7% of gross collected token tax, with other portions going to the launch platform and referrals. These are candidate mechanics that must be checked against the final contracts, permissions and legal disclosure before any launch.

The NEAR token would be **separate from the Base/Virtuals token**, with no automatic wrapper, redemption link, shared revenue obligation or cross-chain voting rights.

[Explore NEAR chain abstraction](https://docs.near.org/chain-abstraction/what-is) and [Kokonut Protocol](https://kokonut.network/kokonut-protocol.md).

### Robinhood Chain — Proposed regenerative asset finance

The Robinhood/MetaLeX PRD describes **Kokonut Regenerative Asset Finance (KRAF)** as a working program for tracking agricultural assets, available funding, project-level obligations, operating results and eventual legally structured finance. KRAF is **not itself a token, legal entity or investment product**.

Its proposed sequence is deliberately narrow:

1. Verify PONS launch eligibility, security reviews and exact creator-fee terms.
2. Reconcile **actually received and unrestricted** creator fees and service receipts to an authorized company treasury.
3. Establish a project-specific **Revenue Container** for approved Adelphi work, with accounting, expense controls, source records and reviewed outcomes.
4. Consider more advanced financing, agreements and RWA instruments **only after** real legal rights, issuer approvals, asset valuation, buyer eligibility, security testing and enforceable documentation are established.

MetaLeX's cyberCORPs/cyberSign/cyberRAISE suite is a candidate for the issuer-and-agreement layer. The November 3, 2026 Robinhood PRD records **newly announced MetaLeX Robinhood support**, but does not certify that every module or relevant contract is deployed and available for the intended legal use. Chain-specific contract addresses, issuer onboarding and governing law must be verified separately.

The project **does not propose tokenizing farmland or issuing unrestricted agricultural investor claims in its first release**.

## Five reinforcing economic loops

The Virtuals Master PRD identifies five related but distinct loops. They should be measured independently before claiming that they reinforce one another.

| Loop | What moves | Evidence of success |
| - | - | - |
| **Farm** | Field observation → reviewed plan → human-approved work → actual output → next cycle | Reconciled work orders, harvest records, costs and before/after measures |
| **Learning** | Human review → corrected skills → reusable workflow → site-specific adaptation | Review history, acceptance tests, independent adoption |
| **Service** | Buyer request → scoped agent job → review → evaluation → actual settlement | Paid external clients, legitimate customer retention, contribution margin |
| **Capital** | Verified source → lawful receipt/release → authorized budget → documented expense | Financial ledger, bank/wallet receipts, approved project expenditure |
| **Community** | Consent-based participation → local work and knowledge sharing → credible outcomes → trusted partnerships | Actual community participation and evidence-backed public reports |

These loops create a **regenerative economic flywheel only when there is useful work and real value**, not merely speculative token demand.

## Revenue Containers: finance follows the asset and its cycle

A Revenue Container is a **proposed project-specific accounting, treasury and obligation structure**. It identifies who owns the receipts, who may approve spending, what liabilities and reserves apply, and which signed agreements define any financial rights.

| Production / asset horizon | Example | Potential first financial function | Critical limitation |
| - | - | - | - |
| Short cycle | Lettuce and other quick-turn food crops | Input budgeting, trade working capital, buyer prepayments | Forecast yields are not invoices or collected receipts |
| Medium cycle | Passion fruit / seasonal production | Of-take diligence, receivables and seasonal budgets | Requires signed buyer terms and operating history |
| Long cycle | Coconut trees and other perennial assets | Patient capital, phased establishment budgets | Biological maturity and climate risk make short-term repayment unsuitable |
| Continuous | Poultry and biological inputs | Operating cost and asset tracking | Output estimates do not prove sales revenue |
| Infrastructure | Irrigation, nursery, water and energy equipment | Asset register, quotations, procurement and finance servicing | Leasehold improvements do not create land title |
| Services | Agent reports, farm analytics and evidence work | Invoice/settlement, subscription and margin tracking | Service revenue is not farm revenue |

A Container begins as **good books and controlled budgets**. No Container must have a token. Legally permitted securities, loans, revenue-sharing agreements or secondary markets would be **later, separate products**, with independently defined issuers, counterparties, rights and risks.

### Capital availability is a specific accounting state

These are **not interchangeable**:

* **Trading price/market capitalization:** observational market measures, not treasury receipts.
* **Unclaimed creator fees or restricted launch allocations:** potential or restricted assets, not freely spendable cash.
* **Customer jobs and invoices:** performance and receivables must be distinguished from accepted and actually settled receipts.
* **Grants and financing proceeds:** may be restricted and create repayment or reporting obligations.
* **Reconciled unrestricted funds:** subject to authorized budgets, reserves, taxes and lawful corporate use.
* **Crop forecasts:** planning scenarios that should ultimately be tested against actual harvested and sold output.

Kokonut's public Adelphi gross production forecast is a **planning scenario**, not recognized net income or investor return. The documentation also contains differing historical farm allocation proposals; **no default public-goods or participant split should be hardcoded until an executed agreement resolves them**.

[Read the Kokonut regenerative-finance business and legal playbook](https://kokonut.network/playbooks/regenerative-finance/business-model-and-legal.md).

## Proof before expansion

The near-term priority is **Kokonut Adelphi**, an existing reference farm with locally operated work, infrastructure and published records. **Kokonut Terra Viva** is a staged development candidate, subject to its own site, contractual, ecological and financing gates.

A first credible milestone would be a reviewed Adelphi operating improvement—not a tokenized ownership claim:

1. A local operator confirms the need, baseline, quotations and permissions.
2. Kokonut Intelligence collects the evidence and supporting financial records.
3. Syntropic Agent produces a recommendation and review-ready work packet.
4. The responsible entity and signers authorize the actual budget and payment.
5. Work, supplier invoices, installation and operational outcomes are documented.
6. The public report distinguishes proposal, approval, funding, completion and reviewed outcome.

The existing [Adelphi Data Hub](https://hub.kokonut.network/projects/41) is a reference for publicly released farm activity; it is **not** proof that the proposed multi-chain agent integrations have been released.

## Release maturity and decision gates

| Area | Current planning description | Gate for claiming it is live |
| - | - | - |
| Adelphi farm | Existing operating reference | Verified current records and updated operator confirmation |
| Kokonut Intelligence | Canonical platform / governed-record work | Verified production release, scopes, source lineage and reviewer attribution |
| Hermes agent services | Product development and service catalog | Tested runtime, data permission, external job evaluation and settlement |
| Base/Virtuals | Token-first launch selected in PRD | Platform access, company/legal approval, final token and escrow terms |
| NEAR/Nearly | Hub and native token economics proposed | Contract deployment, token configuration, secured signing and full reconciliation |
| Robinhood/PONS | Creator-fee route proposed | Launcher eligibility, contract addresses, audit/risk review, fee receipts |
| MetaLeX on Robinhood | Support newly announced in Nov 2026 source | Module deployment, agreement workflow, issuer and legal eligibility |
| KRAF Containers | Initial accounting and farm-budget primitive proposed | Controlled company treasury, double-entry books, signed budgets and proof |
| Agricultural RWA claims | Advanced research only | Separate legal instrument, issuer, rights, diligence, security and market access |

**Do not substitute one release gate for another.** An existing farm does not prove a live agent; a live token does not prove an asset-backed right; and a verified onchain receipt does not certify an ecological outcome.

## Official implementation repositories

Kokonut publishes the relevant development work in separate GitHub repositories. **Start with the repository that owns the responsibility**, then verify its published branch, release, deployment manifest and contract addresses before claiming a feature is live.

| Responsibility | Official source | What to verify |
| - | - | - |
| Human-supervised agent and Hermes integrations | [Kokonut Syntropic Agent](https://github.com/wasalo/Kokonut-Syntropic-Agent) | Agent source and release maturity; the default branch currently contains an introductory README |
| Governed farm data, finance and evidence | [Kokonut Intelligence](https://github.com/wasalo/Kokonut-Intelligence) | Canonical schemas, access controls, agent interfaces and deployment status |
| Authorization and cross-chain execution policy | [Kokonut Protocol](https://github.com/wasalo/Kokonut-Protocol) | Implementation progress, signing policy and actual deployments; default branch currently contains an introductory README |
| Separate agent-to-agent marketplace | [Kokonut Agentic Marketplace](https://github.com/wasalo/Kokonut-Agentic-Marketplace) | Marketplace contracts, services, escrow and onchain configuration; implementation is on [`develop`](https://github.com/wasalo/Kokonut-Agentic-Marketplace/tree/develop) rather than the currently empty `main` branch |

These repositories complement the implementation PRDs. **Code is the source for what is built; verified deployment records and chain state determine what is operating; Kokonut Intelligence governs the farm evidence.** Separate Base, NEAR and Robinhood platform integrations still require their own verification.

## Source provenance and specification boundaries

This public overview was synthesized from three provided implementation specifications:

| Source | Version / date supplied | Scope retained here |
| - | - | - |
| **Virtuals Master PRD** | v1.1 · October 21, 2026 | Hermes, ACP service model, token-first/60 Days/ACF strategy, launch gates, farm operating priorities |
| **NEAR Universal Orchestrator PRD** | v1.1 · October 21, 2026 | Canonical agent identity, NEAR Hub, Nearly-native economics, local rights and agent security |
| **Robinhood Chain Expansion PRD** | v2.1 · November 3, 2026 | PONS capital origin, Revenue Containers, financial controls, KRAF and MetaLeX issuer/agreements |

These are **planning specifications**, not proof of completed deployment or approved securities issuance. This page intentionally excludes confidential implementation data and does not publish full internal PRDs. Recheck changing platform features and onchain addresses against authoritative sources before relying on them.

**Operating principle:** one mission, separately authorized tools, explicit financial rights, human accountability, and measurable local outcomes.
