Growing regenerative farms, community wealth, and living ecosystems.

Kokonut Network connects Web3 communities to real syntropic farms. Every governance token is backed 1:1 by a real coconut tree. The land improves every season. The network grows in perpetuity.

What we’re building

Grassroots farmers control less than 10% of the global coconut market — not because their land is unproductive, but because they lack access to capital, coordination tools, and transparent governance structures. Kokonut Network is a blockchain-based cooperative that closes this gap. We partner with farmers, raise funds through a DAO, deploy syntropic farms, and distribute rewards perpetually to everyone in the network. Blockchain handles the trust layer — transparent treasury, soulbound tokens, on-chain governance, and rage-quit protections. The land handles the rest. Our model has no expiration date. When a coconut tree ends its productive life, we replant it. The cooperative continues. The community owns the upside.

Kokonut Framework

The modular trust layer connecting capital, farm operations, and ecological measurement. The blueprint every farm runs on.

Adelphi Farm

Our live farm — 15,725 m² of syntropic agriculture in Monte Plata, Dominican Republic. Real data, real harvests.

The Kokonut DAO

Community-governed treasury on Gnosis Chain. No admins, no intermediaries. All decisions by proposal and on-chain vote.

Governance Framework

Proposal templates, voting mechanics, quorum rules, and how the DAO makes binding decisions.

Open Collaboration

We build in public. ReFi researchers, developers, agronomists, and community builders — you’re invited.

How the model works

Fund

DAO members tribute stablecoins to the treasury. Every token minted is backed 1:1 by a real coconut tree. No admin can override. Rage-quit protects every member.

Grow

Approved farms receive funding and deploy the Kokonut Framework: syntropic methods, satellite MRV, on-chain attestations, and community training — all standardized.

Distribute

Revenue flows back to token holders, contributors, and the communities running the farms. The cycle restarts when trees are replanted. No end date.
The Kokonut Framework is the repeatable piece. Every farm runs the same playbook — common data schema, four development phases, eight forms of capital measured. New farms slot in without reinventing the model. Read the Framework →

Follow the build in public

We share progress, experiments, and ecosystem updates openly on X / Twitter. Watch what real cooperative development looks like in real time.

Join the Discord community

Kokonut Discord is where builders, farmers, researchers, and token holders coordinate. It’s open — come as you are.

Contribute to the Framework

The Kokonut Framework is open source. Improving a page, proposing a new data standard, or submitting an MRV methodology improvement earns Guild Points and, over time, Loot tokens from the DAO. View the repo →

Become a DAO member

Any contributor can tribute stablecoins to the Kokonut DAO on Gnosis Chain and receive governance tokens backed by coconut trees. One token, one vote. No admin can remove you. Book a call if you want a walkthrough first.
This documentation is itself a public good. Everything here — the Framework, the governance mechanics, the MRV methodology, the farm data — is free to read, fork, and build on. If you improve something, submit a pull request or propose a change through the Governance Framework.
